Reservation & Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and you have received a booking confirmation email.
At the time of booking, the full cost of the reservation—including all applicable taxes, fees, and any optional add-ons selected during checkout—is required to secure your stay. We do not accept partial payments or installment plans unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
Pricing
All rates are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
Applicable taxes and fees will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of making the booking and receive a full refund, provided the reservation has not already begun.
After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
- Changes in travel plans
- Illness or injury
- Inclement weather
- Transportation delays
- Personal emergencies
- No-shows
- Early departures
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:
- The reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- Von’s Guest Camp Retreat is unable to honor the reservation due to circumstances within our control.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Reservation Changes
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Any approved changes may be subject to current pricing, minimum stay requirements, or additional fees.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Early Departures
Guests who choose to leave before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for a refund or credit for unused nights.
Property Access
Guests are responsible for arriving during the designated check-in period and following all check-in instructions provided before arrival.
Failure to follow check-in procedures may delay access to the property.
Damage & Additional Charges
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, amenities, or equipment caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.
Von’s Guest Camp Retreat reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for:
- Excessive cleaning required beyond normal turnover
- Missing or damaged property
- Violations of the rental agreement resulting in financial loss
- Smoking remediation where smoking is prohibited
- Unauthorized pets or guests, if applicable
Documentation may be provided upon request.
Guest Responsibility
The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age required by applicable law) and is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with the property’s rules and policies.
Force Majeure
Von’s Guest Camp Retreat shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide accommodations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates our policies, contains fraudulent information, or presents a risk to the safety, security, or well-being of our guests, staff, or property.
Acceptance of Policy
By completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
